Legacy Project Update: Real Progress, Real Impact
Thanks to early donors, momentum is building—and the work has already begun.
We’ve officially crossed the $1.5 million mark toward our $3.5 million goal (with a $5 million stretch target), and that means the Legacy Projects are no longer just plans—they’re progress. Here’s what’s happening:
🏀 Main Competition Gym Renovations
These aren’t just cosmetic changes—they’re upgrades that honor the spirit of every buzzer-beater, pep rally, and memory made here.
June: Complete interior and exterior painting, including the ceiling
July: Floor refinishing completed
September/Early October: Brand-new bleachers installed
Already complete: New HVAC system and roof
By the time students return this fall, the gym will be a fresh, safe, and energized space for the next generation of Wildcats to train, compete, and celebrate.
🎭 Performing Arts Center Updates
From opening night to final bows, this space deserves to shine again.
So far, we’ve installed:
New carpet throughout the facility
Upgraded LED lighting
A modern control system to enhance student performances
Future phases include ADA-accessible stage access, all-new seating, and a reimagined lobby—transforming the PAC into a space that inspires for decades to come.
Help Us Build the Future
These spaces aren’t just where we played, performed, or watched our kids grow—they’re where we became Wildcats for life. Now, we get to make sure future generations can do the same.
Together, we’re not just renovating spaces—we’re writing the next chapter of Finneytown’s story.
